Sarah Geronimo is grateful about relationship with Matteo Guidicelli

A week after making her relationship with Matteo Guidicelli public, Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo opened about how she truly feels about her new romance.
“Siyempre thankful naman tayo sa Diyos dahil everything that’s happening, kumbaga na-bless ako ng ganitong klaseng relationship,ganitong klaseng karelasyon kasi mabait na tao naman si Matteo at talagang matiyaga,” Sarah said in an interview with Ogie Diaz in the premium exclusive segment of The Buzz which aired last weekend.
As she confirmed last week, the The Voice Kids coach once again affirmed that she and Matteo call each other “Mahal.” According to her, the term of endearment was spawned by the fact that “kasi mahal ko ‘yun eh. Mahal ko ‘yun talaga.”

While they have been seen going out a lot prior to her admission, this is the first time that she opened up about her love life after years of being elusive to the media about her past relationships. Many think that her bold confession was spurred by the fact that Matteo has won the hearts of her parents, something which Sarah herself affirmed.
“Ano naman ‘yan eh continuous ‘yan eh dapat hindi natatapos ‘yung effort mo na ligawan, kasi ako okay na ako ‘yung magulang [na lang] talaga,” Sarah said.
Sarah also confirmed that she has met the actor-athlete’s parents and that her relationship with them is “okaynaman.”
A lot of netizens including celebs expressed joy online over her relationship with the i-Shine Talent Camp 3 host. To this Sarah thanked her ever-supportive Popsters and the other stars, she said, “Salamat po. Siguro [gusto rin nila ako maging masaya]. Maraming salamat sa suporta niyo at sa pag-intindi.”
Now that they both admitted their relationship, will there be a chance for them to be seen sharing the screen together for a project in the future?
“Ako ayoko, nagkakasundo naman sa mga desisyon,” was her quick response. The reason she says is because, “parang off din kasi magkarelasyon kayo tapos magakatrabaho pa kayo sa mga pelikula at ano ‘di ba so parang hindi totoo.”
